What is Online Support?
 
Online support, also known as 'remote support', allows us to remotely view your computer screen and securely fix 90% percent of computer and networking related issues right through your internet connection. You log-in to our secure online support centre, and you allow one of our technical support engineers to view and interact with the computer remotely via the web.
It is secure?
 
Customers must permit our engineers to access your computer. You can choose to terminate the session at any time. All traces of our remote access software disappear from your computer when the session is finished, so we cannot access your computer without your prior consent. The software used to access your computer, employs end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption - the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions.
Is it easy to use?
 
Very! By allowing a online technician to access your computer through the Internet they are able to fix your computer directly. You can simply sit back and watch. Or, you can work on something else while the technician is fixing your computer. online computer support is simple, convenient and, best of all, it's 'hands-free'.
How long does it take?
  The length of time can vary due to the many services that we provide. Typically the average session lasts between 30 - 60 minutes.
Are your technicians qualified to work on my computer and server?
 
Our computer experts are Microsoft Certified System Engineers and or Cisco Certified Networking Professional, A+/MCP/MCSE Certified Professionals, and degree gualified. Every technician is pre-qualified, has 7+ years industry experience in a help desk, corporate IT environment and completes an extensive two week training course on excellent service delivery and our IT Help Desk.
Can you get back into my computer after my session is over?
  No, not until you log in again and request our service. Once your service is complete and you log off, the temporary application and accompanying tools are automatically deleted from your PC. We can no longer see or access your computer
Is your work guaranteed?
 
Yes. We guarantee our work to your satisfaction. You review and approve the work we perform at the completion of every session. You also have five (5) days following your service to notify us if the problem we worked on wasn't resolved. We'll go to work again using commercially reasonable efforts to fix the problem at no additional cost to you. In some cases, the solution may be that you need to upgrade or replace your software or hardware. If we advise you to do so and you choose not to upgrade or replace your software or hardware, you acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you by providing a solution to your problem, whether or not you choose to implement that solution.
What is a Ticket?
 
When our customers seek our technical support help through phone, mail, online ticket or Chat, we give them a ticket number which will be tagged with the unique customer ID. Our customers shall use this unique ticket number to check their case status online and use it as reference when they call us.
What are the modes of contact?
 
Our online technical support services include phone technical support, Email/Ticket support, and Chat support. Australian customers can contact us through all the three modes of contact, i.e., phone support, Email support, and Chat support. However, we provide technical support only through E-mail and Chat support to people from other part of the globe.
How much does it cost?
 

Much less than traditional computer support options! By viewing and interacting with your computer directly through the Internet, we can complete the work in much less time, saving you money. There's no need to schedule an on -site visit (costing upwards from $100/hr.) or taking your computer to a local repair shop (also very expensive). We are not spending our time travelling so our service is much cheaper.

We will charge you according to our subscription plans or pay-per-incident plans.

Can you send a technician to my home/office for support?
 
Yes. We can send a certified technician to your home or office anywhere in the Sydney area. Most service requests can be fulfilled within 24 hours. Our 'physical' on-site computer support fees are $60/hr, and $29.90 for each additional 30 minutes.
Do you sell Hardware?
 
Yes we can supply you with extremely competitive prices on all server and computer hardware devices and components.
How do I pay?
  We use Paypal to handle all our payments.
